Booking Requirements for Oak Tree Holiday Park & Fishery for Pitchup Customers.
1. **Adults Only**: Our facility is exclusively for adults.
2. **Age Restriction**: Guests must be over 45 years old. Admission is subject to the owner’s discretion.
3. **Caravan Restrictions**: European caravans are not permitted.
4. **Size Limitation**: Caravans must not exceed 8 meters in length.
5. **Entry Conditions**: If the above criteria are not met, entry will be denied without a refund. To avoid any inconvenience, please contact the site directly if you have any questions.
